"The same blend as last year's version (91% Chardonnay and 9% Pinot Noir), the 2013 Methode Traditionelle Blanc de Blancs spent a whopping 58 months on the lees prior to disgorgement in August 2018. Notes of toasted brioche are joined by lemon curd in this flavorful but light to medium-bodied sparkler. It fades a bit quicker on the finish than I remember of the 2012, but it's still an excellent effort."
