Our Quartz Reef Pinot Noir is crafted from hand-picked grapes grown exclusively at our certified biodynamic estate vineyard in Bendigo, Central Otago—one of New Zealand’s most celebrated regions for world-class Pinot Noir.
Certified by BioGro (organic) and Demeter (biodynamic), we farm in harmony with nature to cultivate vibrant, healthy vines and a true expression of terroir. Guided by the non-interventionist winemaking philosophy of renowned winemaker Rudi Bauer, our Pinot Noir is vinified with minimal handling to honour the integrity of the fruit and the land it comes from.
The wine is deep red in colour with lifted aromatics, offering a rich, layered palate. Full-bodied and complex, it delivers concentrated flavours of ripe Bendigo cherry, dark plum, and spice, supported by fine tannins and a silky texture. A powerful yet poised expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir.
