Lianne joined Quartz Reef in 2014 bringing considerable experience in sales and marketing having spent 10 years working with New Zealand icon Montana Wines in Australia. Loves the challenge of this dynamic industry and the sheer beauty of our region.

Elaine joined the Quartz Reef team all the way back in 1999.

Mike Joined the team in 2017, following the completion of a Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology at Lincoln University.
Amy joined the team in November 2016. She is a part of the sales and marketing team along with hosting guests to our cellar door.

Trevor is a distinguished company director and chartered accountant and has resided on the boards of many public and private companies. Trevor is a significant shareholder of Quartz Reef and takes an active interest in the financial side of the company. He and his wife Diana reside in Wanaka.
John Perriam, a Quartz Reef shareholder, is owner and custodian of Bendigo Station, a 12,000 hectare station with a rich history of gold mining, merino wool and one particular sheep called Shrek.
Former Managing Director of N.Z’s largest and (then) listed public-company Montana Wines and former Deputy Chairman of the NZ Wine Institute. Proud to be associated as Business Advisor to such a distinguished, meritorious, successful wine producer and company as is Quartz Reef
Leaving behind an extensive background in agriculture and horticulture, Grant began his viticulture career near Alexandra in 1999. Grant established Vinewise Viticulture in 2003. Initially specializing in sustainable vineyard management, then progressing to organic and biodynamic viticulture.
With more than a decade of harvests Grant has amassed a wealth of local knowledge and experience across a wide range of Central Otago vineyards. He has also traveled through European vineyards, bringing home some Old World knowledge to apply right here in Central Otago.
