• The 2023 growing season delivered moderate temperatures with steady ripening, allowing the Pinot Noir fruit to develop vibrant red berry characters and gentle acidity. Ideal conditions led to a concentrated, balanced crop with exceptional quality.
• Hand-picked in ideal condition. Small batch fermentation with careful temperature control. Partial whole cluster used to enhance structure, followed by gentle daily plunging. Wine aged in French oak barrels for 10 months during which malolactic fermentation occurred naturally.
• pH: 3.55, TA: 5.2g/l, Alc: 13.5%, RS: 1.5g/l
