This February, Quartz Reef Wines is heading into the heart of the city to take part in Central Otago in the Central City — a trade tasting celebrating the depth, diversity, and character of Central Otago wines.

Hosted at Puffin, this tasting brings together a hand-picked group of producers, each showcasing their own expression of Central Otago. We’re proud to be included alongside fellow wineries and producers from the region, offering trade guests the opportunity to taste, connect, and exchange ideas in a relaxed city setting.

A Trade Tasting in the City

Central Otago in the Central City is designed specifically for members of the wine trade — an opportunity to revisit familiar favourites and discover new releases, all while engaging directly with the people behind the wines.

At the tasting, Quartz Reef will be pouring a selection of our wines that reflect our commitment to biodynamic viticulture, site expression, and minimal intervention winemaking. We’re looking forward to sharing the stories behind the wines and discussing what continues to inspire us in Central Otago.
