An Evening of Truffles, Wine & Bendigo Stories at Fino

Join us on the 26th of June at 6:30pm for a very special truffle dinner at Fino with Quartz Reef Wines and Moko Hills.

This intimate evening will bring together the rich flavours of Central Otago truffles, beautifully matched wines, and the stories behind one of New Zealand’s most exciting wine regions, Bendigo, Central Otago.

Hosted by Donald from Moko Hills and Rudi Bauer, guests can expect a delicious multi-course truffle menu, perfectly paired wines, plenty of laughter, and some lively banter throughout the night.

Rudi and Donald will guide guests through the wine matches, sharing their knowledge and passion for biodynamic viticulture, the Bendigo landscape, and what makes Central Otago wines so distinctive on the world stage.
