We’re thrilled to announce a very special Winemaker’s Dinner in the heart of Copenhagen, hosted at the elegant Jade – Japanese Restaurant. Join us on Tuesday, 3rd September, for an intimate evening celebrating Quartz Reef’s biodynamic wines, paired beautifully with modern Japanese cuisine.

This exclusive event is a rare chance to meet the legendary Rudi Bauer – the creative mind and hands behind Quartz Reef – and hear his stories from the vineyard, from Bendigo to the world. Expect stunning food, compelling conversation, and some truly exceptional wines.

Quartz Reef’s Sparkling, Pinot Noir and more will be showcased alongside a bespoke Japanese menu crafted specially for the night.
