We’re excited to share something truly special — a night of exceptional food, wine, and storytelling with none other than our winemaker, Rudi Bauer.

Join us on Tuesday, 13th August, for an intimate evening celebrating the essence of Quartz Reef. This five-course dinner has been thoughtfully crafted, with each dish paired to match one of our wines — from elegant bubbles to silky Pinot Noir.

Throughout the evening, Rudi will share insights into our bio dynamic vineyard in Bendigo, the winemaking philosophy that has shaped Quartz Reef, and a few behind-the-scenes stories from decades of vintages in Central Otago.

This is more than a dinner. It’s a rare chance to experience the heart of Quartz Reef — in the glass, on the plate, and straight from the source.
