The Festival of Colour 2023: The Bannockburn Ball

Come and be part of a fun Dance Ball in Bannockburn. Comfortable shoes are a must!

The Bannockburn Ball invokes memories of dances of the mid 19th century reflecting the multitude of national identities present in those times, whilst also reflecting the tradition of rural Memorial and Coronation halls throughout the area that played such an important role in knitting our local communities together.

This event will comprise participatory dances preceded by brief dance instruction for each dance, interspersed with occasional music and dance performances.
