Quartz Reef Méthode Traditionnelle is a wine of distinction, made in the traditional method to achieve elegance and finesse. Lime yellow in colour, with a golden delicious apple and honeyed bouquet and on the palate, a creamy, delightful elegance. Textural and precise.

  • The grapes were hand-picked in ideal condition on the 17th March 2010. A selected blend of 93% Chardonnay & 7% Pinot Noir. Bottle fermented and aged 8 years on lees. Riddled and disgorged by hand on 30 November 2017.
  • pH: 3.19, TA: 7.2 g/l, Alc: 12.5%, RS: 4 g/l
