Hand picked on 1st May from the Pociecha Vineyard in Gibbston Valley.

Following pressing of the ripe grapes, the Pinot Gris juice underwent a coolish fermentation of 14 days until dryness. The wine was left on its lees, including lees stirring, for 5 months to gain more complexity and palate weight.
