A blend of Chardonnay (87%) and Pinot Noir that has been bottle fermented and aged on the yeast lees for four years.

The grapes were grown biodynamically in Quartz Reef’s own Bendigo vineyard.

Much more lively and elegant than the Pinot Noir-dominant non-vintage Quartz Reef Methode.

The wine has an appealing lightness and an ethereal texture but certainly does not lack concentration of power.
