Quartz Reef Methode Traditionnelle Brut NV

Quartz Reef Methode Traditionnelle Brut NV

GOLD

Lemon custard and mineral flavours to the fore, on a complex, well-integrated and refreshing palate with hints of vanilla alongside pear, apple and citrus.

“Good length,”said Etrusca Restaurants’ Luigi Buonanno, suggesting oysters as the perfect match.

Quartz Reef Bendigo Estate Pinot Noir 2010

95 POINTS

Rudi Bauer is a mainstay of Central Otago and his 2010s are the finest I can recall from his Bendigo vineyard.

A lovely fragrant violet lift and outstanding complexity of exotic spice flow into black fruits of great line and focus, with a mineral finesse to well-composed tannins.
