In exceptional years, like 1998 and 2000, we produce a vintage methode traditionnelle. This wine is made with 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay grapes, in the absence of malolactic fermentation.

Hand picked between 19th March and 9th April 2003 from our Bendigo Estate Vineyard and the Wentworth Estate Vineyard in Gibbston.

Cuvee

Selected blend 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, in the absence of malolactic fermentation.
Bottle fermented and aged 3 years and 9 months on lees before being riddled and disgorged by hand August 2007.
